Short answers for shops ordering wholesale crystals and jewelry.
Who can see wholesale prices?
Approved shops, and the owner. A pending or rejected account can sign in, but prices stay hidden until the account is approved.
How does approval work?
Apply with your shop details and a password. We review applications by hand, within 1 to 10 hours. Approval emails you to sign in with that password.
What is the minimum order?
Every order is $200 minimum before shipping. Each product also has its own minimum quantity and pack size, shown on the product page.
How do I pay?
Place the order request first. We add shipping to the invoice, then you pay from that invoice. We accept card payments.
Where do you ship?
We ship to shops in Canada and the United States, from Kitchener, Ontario. The shipping cost is added to the invoice. We do not publish a delivery window.
Are dyed or treated stones labelled?
Yes. If a stone is dyed or treated, the product page says so. Natural colour varies from piece to piece.
Can I reorder a past request?
Open the order in your account and choose Reorder. The cart uses current prices, then you send a new request.
