There is no free-shipping offer. Place the order request first. We add the shipping cost when we prepare the invoice, and you pay after that invoice arrives.
We do not publish a flat rate or a delivery window on this page. The invoice is where the shipping charge and any tracking link appear.
What we pack
Stones are checked by hand in Kitchener before they leave. The order number on your account matches the packing sheet we print in the admin.
