Wholesale
These terms cover shop accounts and order requests on this wholesale site.
Accounts
Wholesale prices are for approved shops. You apply with your business details and a password. We approve or reject the account by hand. A pending or rejected account cannot see prices or send an order request.
Order requests
Sending a request does not charge a card. Place an order request first. We add shipping to the invoice, then you pay. We accept card payments. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Every order is $200 minimum before shipping. Each product still has its own minimum quantity and pack size.
We can adjust a quantity or a unit price while a request is still submitted. Those changes are written to the audit log. After we confirm the request, the lines stay as confirmed.
Prices and stock
The price you are charged is the price on the server when the request is saved, not a number typed in the browser. If a piece is out of stock, the cart says so and that line is not part of the request.
Returns
Email info@mysticgleam.com before you send anything back. This page does not set a return window or a restocking fee.
